Executive Committees With More Than 30% Women
Only a handful of the world’s leading companies have achieved a critical mass of women on their Executive Committees, according to 20-first’s WOMENOMICS 101 Survey.
Women on their own or in pairs rarely achieve the full impact that gender balance can bring to top management teams. Companies need a critical mass of around 30% women before the benefits of the new and complementary skills and perspectives can be felt.
