Arab Women's Leadership Forum Pushes for Integration and Advancement
Ambition, dedication and style abound at Dubai event
- The second Arab Women’s Leadership Forum, held in Dubai, gathered 600 women from across the Middle East to promote better workplace integration and the advancement of women into top corporate posts.

- Hewlett noted that an upcoming study from her Center for Work-Life Policy had found that United Arab Emirates, for instance, “love their jobs and display enviable levels of dedication to their work, with 90% willing to go the extra mile for their companies, … [and] 92% of UAE women aspire to hold a top job.”
