20-first Goes to Chile
As part of the "Seminario Internacional Mujer & Negocios: talent, liderazgo y mercado" organized by Comunidad Mujer, 20-first travelled to Chile. The conference brought together four of Chile's top CEOs who after separate presentations engaged in a panel discussion with 20-first's CEO, Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, who made quite an impression at the event and in the press.
Comunidad Mujer
Comundad Mujer is an independent organization that seeks to facilitate the participation, on equal terms, of women in the workplace. The organization wants to promote a successful combination between work and family, personal life and social responsibility. Inspired by the fact that the economic growth trends of the XXI century reveal that the success of a company is largely determined by the diversity of its leadership team, they invited four of Chile’s top CEOs to share their takes on the subject with Avivah Wittenberg-Cox.

These Chilean businessman were invited to discuss their experience encouraging and supporting the diversification of leadership and the creation of inclusive strategies and female-oriented business.
- Marcelo Awad, CEO of Antofagasta PLC, one of the most important conglomerates of Chile
- Enrique Cueto, Linea Aeropostal Santiago-Arica, the principal Chilean airline
- Pablo Alcalde, President of La Polar, the fourth largest retail company in Chile
- Mauricio Larrain, President of Banco Santander Chile, the largest bank in Chile
