British Companies May Soon Reveal Their Gaps
British Legislation Would Require Firms to Give the Percentage Difference in Pay Between Sexes
The proposed Equality Bill would not reveal individuals’ salaries but rather would expose pay structures and also call for systems to remedy imbalances. But some say the legislation before the House of Commons would involve illegal “positive discrimination.”
