Brand Me – A Journey Through Choices for Talented Women

- What is it?: ELP, in partnership with 20-first, offers women leaders a two day workshop called Brand Me – A Journey Through Choices for Talented Women that helps them develop their personal brand and build the confidence and skills they need to transition successfully into their next leadership role. Now in its third year, the programme is raking up consistently high scores (on average 4.69 on a five-point scale).
- 20-first supports Brand Me: 20-first, the gender consultancy and publisher of 20-first.com, supports the development and marketing of ELP’s inclusive leadership programme, Brand Me. Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, CEO of 20-first, says that: “This is one of the rare programmes that we have identified that fits with a strategic approach to valuing the benefits that gender differences can bring to business.”
- Programme Content: Brand Me can be run as an in-house or multi-client programme and works on multiple levels including the rational (head), the emotions (heart), and action (hands).
- When?: The next programme dates are: March 13-15, 2012 and October 16-18, 2012 at Warren House in Kingston-upon-Thames in London.
- Target audience: Talented women in the 30-45 age group, who are about to enter a senior leadership role. Maximum Participants: Twenty.
