1 in 5 Female Managers Harassed Over Gender

- Only 3 per cent of male managers report harassment over gender
- 12 per cent of female managers say they were victimized by other managers or co-workers
- Data come from Statistics Sweden study of 800 managers in private industry that was completed for the Unionen trade organisation. The gender breakdown of the respondents was not reported.
