Women outshine men in leadership

In five of eight key areas for leadership, including strategic drive, innovation and risk-taking, women outperformed men in data collected for the study Female Leadership in Australia. Its profiling methods — ranked by, among others, corporate officials from businesses local and international, large to small — found that women have the qualities to be “more confident, competitive, visionary and have a stronger presence” than men.
