What You See is What You Believe
Men Don't See Inequality
A survey of graduates of the leading French business and professional schools shows that two-thirds of women are well aware of the inequality that manifests itself in how:
- 32 percent of the male graduates were running teams of at least 50 people while only 18 percent of the women of like ages were doing so.
By contrast, almost as many men said they did not see any difference. Learning to manage across genders involves understanding this difference in perspectives and awareness.
