Survey Finds It Places 4th in Terms of Ways to Keep Women in Labour Force
- Only a third of Australian executives surveyed said a compulsory paid maternity leave programme would encourage women to join or return to the workforce.
- Managers said that flexible working arrangements, improved childcare support and clearer career paths would be more effective in keeping women in the labour force.
