We’ve spent the summer developing this new, global website on the issue of better gender balance in business leadership. We hope you like it, and welcome all your comments, input and suggestions.
It’s a good time to launch, as this is high season for Women’s Conferences. These events like to point to progress and keep the pressure on in this area. These events are growing in size, number and strength over the past decade. And the current US political campaign is adding a huge amount of visibility (and hype) to a gender issue many thought obsolete years ago…
So we’ll be in Sitges, Spain this week for the WIN Conference, now in its second decade, while in London the Institute of Chartered Accountants organised a WHY WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS Conference September 29th, FORTUNE is splashing its Top Women conference in California, followed by the Women’s Forum in Deauville, France, in mid-October.
