Building on Germany’s gains in equality
This Deutsche Bank study highlights new ways to build on and expand gains in equality in Germany, with sections on improving opportunities in business as well as work/life balance. Changes in the status of women in Germany, the authors make clear, will have an impact on the entire population, and the goal is “to have both genders working towards joint objectives that benefit society as a whole.”
