- CH2M HILL’s Constructing Pathways for Women Through Inclusion initiative provides a model for accelerating women’s advancement and brought the company the first Catalyst award in the engineering and construction sector.
- Gibbons’s Women’s Initiative: Driving Success Through Diversity Investment generated more than 6% of the company’s 2007 revenue.
- KPMG’s Great Place to Build a Career initiative constructs a culture of career growth, mentoring, and accountability for a pool of diverse individuals.
